Now with commenting goodness (?)
As a new user of WordPress, I’m just getting my head around the notion of ‘users’-settings for this appear in multiple places in the “Dashboard”.
If anyone has tried to make a comment to this point, perhaps you were turned away by a login screen or other message. I think I have fixed it so that you can set up an account quite easily, then make your post. At this point, I’m moderating all comments until it looks like we’re not being spammed, then I may make it easier.
But for now it’s the cautious approach so we’re not run over by the bus.
So let’s try it out, please make some comments on a post. Thanks!
Both comments and pings are currently closed.
Hey, it’s not as easy as you say, Dave. Keep workin’ on it!

Yes, it is weird. the main page it says “no comments” and you click that to get to this page, where there is a comment. Huh.
Aha! that had to do with the ‘moderation of comments’. I had to go back to my email then log in to the account and approve the comments. So, all you out there, either from the main page of posts, click the blue link that says “(x/no) Comments”, where it’s either “No” or the number of comments; or, click the title of the blog post, come to this detail page, and click “Add a Comment” at the end of the post. Phew!
